This policy explains what we collect and how we use it when you use mobileCoder.
Account details (email), the prompts, code, files, and commands you create in the Service, usage and cost metrics, and basic technical data needed to run and secure the platform.
By signing up and using the Service you agree that we may use your interactions - your prompts, the actions taken, and the resulting code and outcomes - to operate, evaluate, improve, and train our AI models. This is core to how the product gets better. We take reasonable steps to keep this data secure. Do not put secrets or data you are not permitted to share into prompts or files; your own API keys belong in the Secrets panel, where they are stored separately and are not written into your project files or included in training data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, AI model and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
We serve the Service over HTTPS and apply reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. We keep data for as long as needed to operate the Service and meet legal obligations.
You can request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us; some records may be retained where required, and data already incorporated into a trained model cannot always be individually removed. We handle personal information consistent with Canada's PIPEDA and, where applicable, GDPR principles.
