These Terms govern your use of mobileCoder (the "Service"), an AI coding environment. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything created under it. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
You keep ownership of the code, prompts, and files you create ("Your Content"). You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display it to operate the Service, and, as described in our Privacy Policy, to use your interactions to improve and train our models. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for it being lawful.
Any third-party service you connect (payments, email, SMS, other APIs) uses your own API keys, which you add in the Secrets panel. You are responsible for those keys, for the charges they incur, and for complying with those providers' terms. We do not provide our own keys for your apps.
Do not use the Service to build or run anything unlawful, malicious, infringing, or abusive; to attack or overload infrastructure; to mine cryptocurrency; to send spam; or to violate anyone's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.
When you publish a project it becomes publicly reachable. You are responsible for its content and for any data it collects from visitors.
AI-generated code and content can be wrong, insecure, or incomplete. Review and test everything before you rely on it. You are responsible for what you ship.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or CAD $100.
We may update these Terms or the Service, and may suspend or end access for breach. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
